What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
Guestdeck’s goal is to help event planners break free from all the time consuming paper pushing and exchanging of spreadsheets when it comes to managing guest details and reports. Our software automates otherwise tedious manual tasks, and allows planners to do more work in less time.
On the other side, we also aim to elevate the guest experience throughout the event life-cycle – whether it be by creating an impactful event website with online registration or providing lightning-fast check-in at the event.
What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events, Social, Other? Large, Small?
Currently, GuestDeck has been primarily used at medium to large corporate and social events, however our flexible platform allows us to scale up or down to accommodate functions of any type and size.
What does your tool help event planners do better?
GuestDeck helps planners organize and manage their guests’ details better through automating data management and streamlining workflow.
How is your tool different from/better than the competition?

Our platform helps planners work much more efficiently – saving them time, and freeing them up to focus on other areas of their event.
