What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
Problem: Get the real world trade show experience from your computer. Hyperfair was created by small business owners who saw the value in attending as many trade shows as possible. They went in search of an alternative, but found existing virtual event platforms to be rather static and missing that in person feeling and interaction. Hyperfair’s 3D platform was designed to facilitate more interaction and real world feedback that one can only get by being immersed in an environment.
What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
Hyperfair’s platform can be fully scaled to host virtual events of many different styles and sizes. To date Hyperfair has concentrated efforts in applying the technology specifically to trade shows and career fairs, but we are constantly innovating new applications.
What does your tool help event planners do better?
From initial event set up through the marketing campaign to the final event, Hyperfair works hands on with planners to help execute a successful virtual event. More over the technology will allow planners to reach a broader audience and involve exhibitors and attendees that can’t attend physical events.
How is your tool different from/better than the competition?
The level of interaction and positive user experience in the Hyperfair platform are unparalleled and keep users engaged for hours. Additionally, Hyperfair as a company goes beyond the duties of technology provider by assisting the planner through all phases of planning, including marketing!
What is the single coolest feature of your product?
Hyperfair’s platform looks and works in a 3D game like environment that is fun to use, but more importantly allows for a real world level of interaction. An attendee can actually see others in the event watching where they are congregating or gravitating and when they are busy or free to talk. This advantage is often taken for granted, but it is what allows attendees to be as efficient as they’d be in a live trade show.
