I love, love, love all things events and technology. If you can’t tell by my tweets, Facebook posts and all my other social media interactions, I love to talk about events and the tools that help us do what we do better. What is the “problem” that your tool seeks to solve?
We help companies find conference and meeting venues around the world. So if you need a conference venue in New York or Paris you can find them on Meetingsbooker.com. We give you control, you can pick and choose the best venue for your event and send them an enquiry and wait to recieve bids back into your online account.

What is the best audience for this tool? Corporate events? Social? Other? Large? Small?
We mainly help people find corporate meeting and conference venues. In some cases private receptions as well but for the most part we have a business user base.

What does your tool help event planners do better?
We provide a lot of detail covering the specific meeting space provided by venues. We don’t just give a summary of their capacity, you can scroll down and check what their different conference rooms include.

As well as this detail, we are also very hands on. We will chase venues that dont respond within 24 hours. This helps planners get proposals back quickly so they can make a decision.

How is your tool different from/better than the competition?
We dont sell event registration systems or email marketing tools. We are 100% dedicated to venue finding. We are global with offices in Dublin and San Francisco, everyday thousands of companies and planners
use our service to find venues all over the world.

What is the single coolest feature of your product?
Its isnt live yet!! We have a cool new feature that is going to revolutionize online venue finding!! So watch this space!
