Spot on Jenise! I actually got to know you through this exact subject. You commented on my very first serious blog post and was the first person to ever comment on one of my blogs! That comment meant the world to me! It introduced us to each other, which is HUGE, was an ice breaker for open dialogue and “friending, following and linkingin” on other social networking sites. Your comment on my blog also lead to you guest blogging for me!

Great advice! Commenting on other blogs does work! I would also like to add that you can not expect others to comment on your blog if you never comment yourself!
